Check in is from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm and check out is not later than 11:00 am.

Up to two childs  2 years or younger that share a bed with an adult and do not require breakast are allowed for free.  If they need a extra bed above room capacity there is an extracharge of $ 25.00 per night per person.

Availability is guarantee as follows:  with a deposit of 50% received on bookings with more than 30 days prior to check in, and  with full payment on bookings with 30 days or less prior to check in.

Refund policies on cancellations are as follows: 95% refund with email cancellation received 15 days in advance of booked check in date, 50% refund with email cancellation received before 48 hour prior to check in date, and 0% refund with email cancellation received within 48 hours prior to check in date.

Guests will only be allowed to enter premises if previously booked.  Only guests specified in bookings will be allowed (and should not exceed designed room capacity).

Abuse of alchool or loud music is not allowed in the premises.  Smoking is not allowed in the property.

Pets are not allowed(unless renting the whole house and not inside the house).

The  kitchen is off limits (unless renting the whole house).

Breakfast is served from 7:00am through 9:00am.

The property is run by spanish speaking personnel and are only available from 7:00 am through 6:00pm.  You can get english assistance 24 hours at our cell phone 6679-4404.

On payment guest agrees to pay for any damage to the property or missing articles.

Guests are expected to keep property entrance - exit gates and house doors closed at all times.
